To create a new company account:

1. Go to https://govquote.us/

2. Click Join as a Company



3. Click Select an Organization Type and then select A Company from the drop-down menu
4. Enter your first and last name (optional), along with the email and password you wish to use to log in (required)
5. Click the blue Continue button in the bottom right corner to advance to the next page



6. On the left side of the page, click Please select an industry under Industry... and select the option that fits best from the drop-down menu. Then, enter your company's address, choose the number of employees in your company from the drop-down menu, enter your job title, and finally, enter your phone number
7. On the right side of the page, select any socio-economic classifications that pertain to your company

(Note: If you're in a hurry, keep in mind that the information in steps 6 and 7 is optional and can be changed at any time from your Settings menu)

8. Once you are finished entering company information, click the blue Next button in the bottom right of the page to advance to the next page of the sign-up process, or click the white Skip button to advance without entering company information



9. Now, choose at least one category for your company. This step is important because you will only see agency requests that pertain to these categories. If you need help selecting categories, click here. Once you are finished selecting, click the blue Next button. Categories may be edited at any time after your account is set up.



10. Finally, select all the states your company sells to. You may do this by manually clicking the checkboxes and/or using the Select All and Clear All buttons. Once you are finished selecting your states, click the blue Finish button in the bottom right of the page to complete your account setup.



11. Don't forget to check your email for a verification link. Once you click the link, your company account will be ready to start receiving and responding to requests from agencies. (Note: You will not be able to respond to requests until you've verified your email.)


To edit your company profile in GovQuote:

1. Click your name in the top right corner
2. Click Settings from the drop-down menu
3. Select the My Company tab


Here you can edit your Organization Name, Industry, Address, Number of Company Employees and Socio-Economic Classifications. Once you are finished editing your company profile, click the blue Save button in the bottom right of the page.



To edit your user profile:

1. Click your name in the top right corner
2. Click "Settings" from the drop-down menu
3. Select the My Profile tab


Here you can edit your name, change your email address or reset your password. Once you are finished editing your user profile, click Save.
