Now you can create tasks and assign them to yourself or your team members. This feature can be found on agency profile pages, company profile pages, Purchase Order Detail pages, & Bid Detail pages.
Type up a description of the task you are creating. Then choose the person you want to assign the task to as well as the date the task is due. Then you're done. The task is created and can be found on the page you created it.
All your tasks will live on this page which can be pulled up by clicking on the icon in the top right corner.
Here you will be able to see all tasks for your team. Filter by who owns the task and whether it's completed or not. Click on "View Details" to see the agency profile, vendor profile, PO, or Bid that the task is attached to. Tasks are also in 3 groups; Overdue Tasks, Tasks Due Today, and Tasks Due in the Future. This will help you keep track of what you need to do next.
The tasks feature will send out email notifications to users. This email will show overdue tasks, tasks due on the current day, and future tasks coming due. To change any of these settings simply go to Settings > Notifications.
